Hello All (if anybody is indeed reading this). Somehow you have ended up here – reading an ‘About Me’ page by someone you do not even know. So; who am I, what is this blog and why should you read it?

First of all, I need to explain the name of the blog. “AthemovieZ” is not supposed to be some urban slang, instead it is supposed to be named after what this blog is about; the movies. And, because “atthemovies”, and “funatthecinema” (among many others that I tried) were taken, “themovie” was the best next choice. But I wanted to have some sort of impact on the name and leave my mark on it, so a good way to do that was to put my initials at either side of the it and alas; “AthemovieZ”. (do not worry I pronounce it “atthemovies” as well)

Now the name is explained, onto me, my name is Adam Zenasni and I started this blog when I was 15 in 2015. Ever since I was younger I’ve always watched films and shows, other kids played games but for me it was all about watching films. I even wanted to be an actor and was lucky enough to get the opportunity to star in a CBBC TV show (for just about a minute). My short career did not stop there though, I starred in musicals (playing Judas in an Easter play) and have even been an extra in a TV Show(!!). My passion for films and shows have stemmed from there and as the years have passed I started getting more and more into media; not only showbiz but music and technology as well, so much so that I am currently studying Computer Science, and hope to go into a technology role. But I also realised I wanted to do something with media and express myself somehow, I wanted to express my thoughts on films that I love. But I had no idea how to express my opinions. 

But, in June of 2015, I saw a little film called Avengers: Age of Ultron and… simply… could not contain my anger. I created a blog the very next day and uploaded a post just rambling on – and to be fair –  that is what I have continued to do to this day! Luckily, since then I have seen this blog go from strength to strength, and quite frankly I never imagined running a blog to this level of success or for this long.
