I have never done a ‘looking forward to’ post; but just looking at the upcoming April schedule I had to. April promises to be a very good month; and it is a month in which I will hopefully have a lot to post about. One of the biggest factors of making this post, was to share with my readers an absolutely delightful TV show; that I think is criminally under-rated that it hasn’t blown up as much as other British TV dramas. Because it is one of the few shows that hasn’t sacrificed its standard as its grown and acquired more known actors.
Looking forward into this blog; I want to start posting about series’ that mean a lot to me; like Line of Duty. So without further ado, here are my “what to watch in April”
LINE OF DUTY
I am a huge fan of Line of Duty. To put it into perspective; this show came out in 2012; and I have followed it since then. Jed Mercurio is the mastermind behind the show, and since he created this in 2012; he went on to make a little show called Bodyguard; which had everyone hooked. If you loved Bodyguard; I promise you will love Line of Duty. Line of Duty is special in the sense each season is self-contained but also does carry elements over for long-time fans. If you can’t be bothered to watch the last four seasons (even though season 3 is the best thing I have ever watched – the equivalent I only equivalent feeling I can think of is watching a whole season that loops the feeling you got when Thor arrived in Wakanda in Avengers: Infinity War), you can just start with the upcoming fifth; but I suggest just watch them all. They are available on NETFLIX – so no excuses.
What’s even crazier is that I have already told my viewers to watch Line of Duty, all the way back in 2016; I said that Line of Duty was a show you had watch before everyone else started to talk about it. I cannot wait for Season 5; and I have complete trust in this show.
So guys; please give this show a chance. It will not disappoint.
AVENGERS: ENDGAME
Another little film coming out is Avengers: Endgame which everyone is holding their breaths to watch. It is the end of an era; at least until Spider: Far From Home shows nothing has really changed. I need not say anymore because my blog will be dominated with this Marvel propaganda throughout the next month.
GAME OF THRONES
And finally, the end of an era. At least this one will be real. Game of Thrones is a show I have loved and have made many posts on at this blog. I have no real idea what is going to happen; but again you can count on some GoT propaganda coming your way this month. And; who knows?! Maybe even episode reviews!!
